It's been four years and I have never forgot the excellent service I received from Chisay. She was really calm in the entire process of helping us navigate a 1031exchange. I initially thought that I had a larger sum of money to buy a larger residential home but once I saw the final number or saw the actual number from the 1031x, it was about $100K less. She wasn't frustrated or upset with me and just pivoted on a dime. She was able to adapt and didn't even bat an eye. She looked up four properties that were within my purchasing power and one extra for good measure. Honestly, I don't know how she did it so quickly and AI wasn't even around then. Nevertheless, since we were working on the deadline of the 1031x, we needed to move fast. She was very calm and got use through the entire ordeal with the seller, 1031x company, the title company, and stressed out buyers. I was much relieved when it was all over.
